Door Policy

Management/Security and Door staff reserve the right to refuse entry. Trademark Hotel has a strict door policy which consists of a zero tolerance for rude, violent and offensive behaviour. Please keep in mind, the door staff have the right to refuse entry without having to provide a reason. The following will be refused entry from the venue: those not meeting the dress code, large groups of males, those who appear to be underage. Trademark Hotel supports the responsible service of alochol, therefore any person who appears to be inebriated will not be permitted entry. This is in the best interest of the venue and its patrons.

The dress code is smart casual. It is in your best interest to adhere to the dress code. Gentlemen are required to wear button up collared shirts, smart pants and dress shoes. The following will be refused entry from the venue: sportswear, casual sneakers, ill-fitting tshirts, anything baring resemblance to Ed Hardy, gang related symbols or colours, shorts, cargo pants, thongs, sandals, offensive or large tattoos being uncovered, rats tails, jedi tails, mullets, mohawks, undercuts and shaved lines or cut out patterns. This is in the best interest of the venue and its patrons. Due to licensing laws, we are not able to permit access to anyone under 18 years of age. All patrons are required to have an acceptable form of identification on their person at all times. This includes either a passport, current drivers licensed or approved proof of age card. You may be asked to produce two forms of identification if you appear to be under 25 years of age.

Trademark Hotel complies with responsible service of alcohol legislation. If you or any of your guests are approaching intoxicatrion, engage in inappropriate behaviour, or an any way commit actions that place our license in jeopardy, you will be asked to leave. Failure to leave when asked by security or management constitutes a “fail to quit” and a criminal offence, with an accompanying fine of $550.
